Project Scope: Included destructive testing of existing structural elements, analyzing one exiting steel framed platform for added loading which we determined the overall loading created overstress in existing lateral force resisting elements. We designed a steel moment frame retrofit for each frame system on the four sides of the existing building in order to support all of the added rooftop loading to follow the current code.
